What does it do?
Is it an amp, or does it make noise all by itself?

$5 says it's a reverb/delay unit of very old nature?
I'd like to bet on Tape Delay... But instinct tells me to stick with Spring Reverb?

If it's the same one, and it looks like it, I sold one once. It should have a little compartment on the back for a tape, but I think it came with a spare and that's what the one in the back is if I remember right. If it's the one I'm thinking of it's pretty cool...
