Hey everyone - just one quick question. Is Waveform Free compatible with T7 DAW project files or not? As in, can you load an old T7 project file in Waveform Free?
I'm writing an article about Waveform Free and I'd appreciate the info. I don't have access to my main computer so I can't check this myself.
Any help appreciated, cheers!

Hi,
I think once you open any project file in W11, it won't be able to be opened in any previous versions of Tracktion or Waveform, though not sure about W10.

It's more the saving than opening. If you open and rename when saving, the original edit will not be changed.

Yeah, once you open a T7 project up in Waveform11 Free , it most likely won't be able to open back up in T7 or anything but Waveform 11 that's usually how it's been for along time.
