I've just downloaded the InstruMETER.ReaperThemeZip by Kusakanaka theme.What I noticed in the theme screenshot that it has full color on track control panel.But when I put theme I only get track color on the name of the track control panel.any idea how to get the full track in reaper?

Theme adjuster doesn't work with 3rd party theme though

Oh, then ask the developer of that theme? Perhaps it doesn't even support this feature.

Ok, so why won't you just ask the theme's dev about it?

Also, have you tried the... User Guide? Chapter 22.7.3 seems to suggest relevant options are in Reaper's settings / track control panel.
