Hi,
Could anyone please recommend a solution for a DAW producer to interact with a DJ collaborator remotely?

My particular brief is we need to talk via audio or better AV - quality not a priority. However, near real time full quality bi-directional audio is. I use Cubase or Live if that helps.

I want to create an online session that works like we're in the same studio.

I hope this can be achieved in these times, please tell me that I'm an idiot and I should know about X that has solved this for years?:)

Cheers,
Roger

Cubase can do that with Transit.

Hi,
Transit needs both parties to be running Cubase and a paid sub to get any useful capacity by the looks of it.
However, someone had already answered my question:

So AnyDesk and Voicemeeter looks like the way to go. I've tested it over the LAN with one way audio and the latency isn't too bad. I'll need to set up port forwarding to do this over the internet for long range collaboration.
