Here I'm a bit confused, which note I should take as a root note?
And I don't understand why this kick contains 2 notes?
Can somebody explain how to tune in fl studio? I found few tutorials on yt but I don't understant how that guys explains.
Ii obtaine this with pitch detection in edison, I heared like is not very accurate.

The pitch here is a moving target. For a kick it's quite normal for the pitch to drop. You see the waveform periods get longer and longer. That is the pitch dropping. So you cannot tune this one (which is a practice that gets frowned upon quite a bit)

The pitch of the sample changes over time.

If you look at the waveform you'll notice two distinct regions - the start has tightly compressed sound waves indicating a higher pitch. The decay has widely spaced sound waves indicating a lower pitch.

When pitching drums I use the decay phase to determine the pitch, for the simple reason this phase lasts longer and will noticed by the listener.
