Wow, a very interesting set of spring OSC rules! I didn't understand the translation a bit, so I want to ask:
1) Did I understand correctly: my track should contain some (any) number of sounds similar to bird chirping, for example as an element of percussion, melodic line or atmosphere?
2) I don't have any one commercial VST, but to understand the rules, I want to ask: are commercial effects also subject to General conditions about the types of effects?

2) all fx whether commercial or free are subject to the usual rules and conditions.

Does Softube modular count (as well as other modulars?). As there's drum modules and all sorts in there.

My thoughts on the answer: well, you could argue that modulars are not 'a synth'. Or, you could argue that they are. I don't know! Has this come up before, anyone? Do we have a precedent?

We did Mux one time, also MsoundFactory, Modulair and Fathom. I used Mux for the last Any-One-Synth. So modular is fine. However, make sure to not use samples at all.

Can't use samples or sampling for OSC. So NI Form or something like Iris 2 etc. is a no-no.

We don't have a condition: "One man - one synth"

I'm also very happy that someone else will use the free synth!
