Looking for a good 80's sounds synth (audio unit) plugin, I like the sounds of 'AudioKit’s Digital D1 synth' but it seems you have to have an ipad to buy it and I believe then you do get an audio unit with it.
Any other idea's welcome

Thanks everyone, i like the look of the TAL U no Lx, Roland seem subscription based, i'd rather buy. Arturia jupiter V2? Can only find new version online. OB-Xd looks nice and the korg wavestation just trying out Dexed seems really good.

Windows x32 only, and emulating later digital synths, but Augur (Prophet VS) and SQ8L (Ensoniq SQ80) nicely cover some rare '80s sounds; SQ8L even emulates some features of the sound chips.
Wait... loot _then_ burn? D'oh!

A fantastic, relatively cheap approach would be:
Analog VST - TAL U-No-Lx (cheap)
Digital - Dexed (free)
You'll have 80s analog and 80s digital/FM covered.
Then use something like Valhalla Vintage Verb on both, done!

Either. 2 will give you more flexibility though.
