I am doing an essay for uni on prolific electronic instruments and wanted to do it on the CR-78. So far I have...
Blondie- heart of glass, atomic
Elton John- little Jeanie, song for guy
Gary Newman- remind me to smile
Genesis- man on the corner, duchess
Hall & Oats- I can’t go for that
John Foxx- burning car
Maze- joy and pain
Mike Oldfield- Indian lake
Orchestral manoeuvres in the dark- enola gay
Phil Collins- in the air tonight, tomorrow never knows, hand in hand
Radiohead- the numbers (live), present tense (live)
Roxy music- same old scene
Ultravox- vienna
If anybody knows anymore that'd be awesome. Also I'd love some used after the 70s/80s.
Thanks in advance.

I believe this was a PAiA rather than a CR-78, though it does sound as though could easily have been the Roland.

I did not know that - and I still play that album quite often, mostly for my fourth-graders. I love the CR78, and I mostly think of Ultravox’s Hiroshima Mon Amor when I try to replicate it. John Foxx is an icon. But Tony Mansfield is, as well, in my book.

Forty years later and people still don't know how to spell Numan. Maybe you could spell it correctly in your essay.chris979899 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 07, 2020 1:23 pm I am doing an essay for uni on prolific electronic instruments and wanted to do it on the CR-78. So far I have...
