Maybe it's time to pitch that Mac SE30 you're running your systems on and hit another garage sale to find a computer made after 1995. You manager app has been unresponsive, as is your website's support page for a while.

Can I ask what value you provide? I can't believe any software dev thinks this is a good idea to require your services.

I suspect I'm not the only one who'd like to be using some authenticated plugins today.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

Well, you're right. It's really very slow today (progress of loading and showing my licenses). Didn't have that issue the days before.

It worked 5 minutes just a moment ago but kicked me out again.
Internet Connection Unavailable
Cannot connect to the server because there is no internet access available. Please check your proxy, firewall settings and cables before retrying.
My internet is fine.

It just notified me of a update, which I installed. WIll try to keep it opened now. Don't think I ever had it opened longer than a minute though, because I just don't see the point. I activate licenses, or move them to the dongle or back, and close it afterwards.

Edit: Ok, same thing that happened to you here, it says that it cannot connect to the server after a while of being opened. It's also quite a bit slower when it syncs your licenses at startup, IMO. Maybe some server troubles or anything. Click on "Sign in", and it will connect again.
