Great VSTi. Just had a quick play with it and it sounds great (plus low CPU as mentioned elsewhere). Can't wait to get it into energyXT and modulate the hell out of it!!

Thanks a lot. :D

mdg wrote:Thanks mate, it is cool that you share this. I bought my prophet 600 for 225$ at a local used shop and this emulates it nicely and it is way lighter!

The membrane is about to peel off the panel on my hardware 600 and finding a part is not cheap. Thanks again.
You got a deal for $225. There are 12 $50 3340 vco ics and 6 3372 vcf/vcas in there. I remember hearing of somebody replacing the membrane with push buttons. Wine Country has been out for years. Thankfully mine is in good shape.

The P-600 got a bad rap when it came out because it's not a P-5. I think they sound better, for sure they are built a lot better!!

Time has passed though. If you go to harmony central and look at the reviews those who have 'em (like me and you) won't likely give them up.. 8)

I'm really glad everyone is getting some sounds they can use. :D :D :D

It's almost time to put the p-600 back in the bundle. I though I've give anyone interested one more chance to pick it up first. I'll pull the file tomorrow night and it will not be available for DL until it's upgraded again.

Sorry I missed the "nice GUI" message. Considering when I did it.. I guess it's ok. I have trouble looking at it because I see all the little things that are wrong. It deserves a complete overhaul but that will have to wait a little while.

Even though it needs a some tightning here and there it's still a pretty good p-600. I spent a few hours with it today, some of those patches just make me feel like playing.

All done. I hit almost 2000 DLs before I pulled the plug.(pun) :) WOW! That's a lot of prophets! Now if I can just get you all to buy the upgrade for $15 bucks when it's ready, I'll be rich.. :hihi: I'm only half kidding :D :D :D

Enjoy the Prophet.

Great stuff! Not quite as fully featured as, say, the similar Pro-53, but it has a nice sound to it. Sounds great at high reso settings w/ some distortion.

Oh damn, i missed it???

can somebody email this to me?

Thanks in advance!!

anyone? bueller? anyone?

that would kind of defeat the purpose of him removing it from his site wouldnt it?

Doh! I missed the update too.

Too bad... I loved the previous version. As I've mentioned before, this was the plugin which finally convinced me that you can do a decent emulation with SE.

Anyway, I've been anxiously anticipating the new hardware module series. Keep up the good work Tom!

I didn't mean to leave anybody out. I don't want to keep it online forever though... The thread died so I though we were done. If you want to keep it going bump it now and then. Do some patches or something :D :D :D
