So I'm trying to send Notes from Logic Pro X to my Hardware Synth via the External Instrument. I have the right Midi Output Device and Channel selected, but no Notes are being send/triggered. Anyone know what could be wrong here?

Same Device and Channel Settings work with Renoise and Bitwig, so the connection is fine.
