I don´t really hear a difference between the two videos you posted. Both tracks sound almost exactly the same. The same boring and uninspiring movement and this might be related to this genre. Every time I listen to a new psytrance track I´m coming to the same conclusion.
But this is just my opinion and personal taste of course

if more people created what they want to hear rather than what they think a group of other people want to hear, music would be the better for it.
