I've always found it easier to just skip the Korg Software Pass and download separate installers from your account. You only need the KSP for activating the plugins anyway.

Yes but that's not the point. Obviously Soft Pass is supposed to make updating easier and it's not functioning correctly now at least not here.

So reporting that fact to Korg will help them to fix the bugs.

Anyway are those of you who have reported bugs to this point using the support at address? I want us all to be on the same page.

anyway:
why are they (aka korg) still using the korguser.net domain ????
haven't they told us 2 1/2 year ago, that they end that domain and we have to skip over and create a new korguser ID at Xmas 2017 or so only to find out that it does not work and so on....?????

Click FILE. Then buttons appear that let you import either banks or single patches into RAM1-3.

Thank you, got it now. I need to import or load them in any of the RAM slots and then click "Write" and "OK". At a time, we can load 3 different banks in 3 available RAM slots. RAM slots are just like actual RAM, volatile data, which gets lost when we delete an instance / open a new one. Am I correct?

If so, how to load default RAM contents in the same instance without reloading/reopening a new instance? I tried using "Make Current All RAMs default" under SAVE button, but it does nothing.

Also, I wonder why is WRITE always displayed next to FILE. The way these two buttons are implemented is a bit annoying, maybe because I am new to this synth. Instead of having FILE, they could have just put all the buttons hidden under that normally visible.

Thanks. However, the host is problematic (to refrain using a stronger word). I managed to download the docs (not sure what they are) but when I tried to download the pack, I got this message:

"Server Load Too High - The server hosting this file is temporarily overloaded. You can download this file immediately by upgrading to FileFactory Premium. Alternatively, you can try again shortly."

Can anyone please help me: how to save a sound I created in Wavestation (randomly) to a patch so that I can load it again? Everything is in terms of banks and it is driving me a bit crazy.

I had a quick look at the doc file.
Looks like these are mostly the same factory presets that are included.

I guess the FileFactory free account has strict limitations; you can always try again "shortly". The size of the ZIP file (4507 KB) is too large to include in this thread as an attachment. Would anyone here be willing to provide an alternate online hosting facility?

The age of miracles has not yet passed, for yes this has actually happened, Wags. If you have the existing collection, log in here with your Korg ID https://id.korg.com/static_pages/3 . You don't need to download the Software Pass, just go your products and the new versions should be there. Scroll around the last few pages here for the rest of the info / issues / chatter.
