If you look around for the tc native bundle {just been discontinued at version 3.1 so is being offered at a bargain price by distributors with stock left.}it has a compressor /de-esser with sidechainer.
The sidechain acts as a seperate plugin and you can have two of them running at once ,thus one instance of compression could be keyed off the kick drum and another from a vocal or hi hat.(you can then have as many compressors as your computer can handle running at once but only key them from one of the two sidechain sources.)
Of course you also get the filtrator ,lofi er, eq and native reverb etc.

ChunkWare Vanilla Compressor will have a sidechain version... that is, when it is finally released. until then, you can play around with the GUI-less alpha.

I was just about to add the TC Sidechainer too. The TC Compressor/De-esser is the absolute best VST compressor I've ever used; sounds like expensive, vintage gear and I love the sidechain feature! Too bad they're dropping out of the VST market, they will be missed. Buy the Native Bundle 3.1 now before it's gone forever.

otiumFX COMPADRE beatpuncher (VST/PC) features true stereo sidechaining. It's not free, but very reasonably priced. http://www.otiumfx.com/compadre.phphugolp wrote: I am looking for a software compresor with sidechain option. Better Vst but Dx will do it too.

Also, of all the VST sidechain compressors (and I've tried them all), compadre gives you the best organic pumping. It fits mixes like a glove.
