Wow, thank you. Awesome to hear!

While I normally use Falcon straightly to build my own Sounds, I discovered the Voklm expansion today and couldn't resist. Props to all involved, sounds absolutely stunning :tu:

Post

Yes, the Voklm expansion is the best of a very good bunch IMHO!
X32 Desk, i9 PC, S88MK3, S1, BWS, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6 Pro3, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone II, OP1-F, OPXY, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

We already thought about it but it's not trivial as you have to decice what is your reference in that case.
Suppose you want to extract some kind of vibrato or a melodic line.
Two quite different usage but valid ones, what is the range of your modulation ?
But it's something we would like to do at some point.
After further reflection, I may have misunderstood what you meant by f0 style. To be able to extract the pitch envelope of a sample, including any vibrato, in order to use the extraction as a multi-envelope, was more what I had in mind.

Anyways, thank you for considering my request!
If less is more, imagine how much more MORE will be.

Post

Yes that what I mean too. I was just saying that there are two main use case for pitch extraction

1. The vibrato where you have an f0 (fondamental frequency) and you grab the difference from this value. it will work only for monophonic instrument and you need to define some kind of normalisation so it's easy to apply back this vibrato using a known depth.

2. A melodic line but in that the normalisation is tricky as you don't know the whole range in terms of pitch

Hi,

Maybe it's better copy my issue here instead of a separate thread:

I'm trying to reproduce u-he Repro-1's excellent sequencer in Falcon, but I'm having a problem (step sequencer doesn't work with sustain pedal) both in Polyphonic Seq and Step Line.
Anyone else with the same problem?
Or maybe there's even an option to include a 'Hold' button into both sequencer types?

Also a slightly unrelated request, but is it possible to somehow include a 'Record' option both into the Polyphonic Seq and the Arpeggiator?

Thanks in advance!

Post

Next version of Polyphonic Seq and Step Line will handle sustain pedal.

Regarding other feature request, there is no timeline.

Wow, that was fast! :)
Now it works perfectly, thanks a lot!

I have massive problems with the UVI servers.
Just downloading the latest Falcon update (596mb) takes more than 5 hours.
I checked my overall internet speed and everything is fine.
Anyone else has the same problem with updating?

Probably related to the Key Suite Bundle release.

50 ms of release time with a linear curve is quite long.
Here is the same patch with 10ms release time with log curve

Better ?
Tried your modified patch. The tail still exist.
The "issue" is maybe that your LFO needs to have a 0.75 phase no ?
So they start at 0 and not 0.5

It's usually slow for me too
