Blue Cat Frequency Analyser, Cubase 6 basic setup

Hi Everyone,
It's been a year or two since I used Blue Cats frequency Analyser and although I am currently able to get some sort of a resulting graph onscreen on a new upgrade to Ver 2.31, it would be nice to know what the correct method of connecting several tracks - and seeing what the individual instruments are doing - within Cubase 6.5 is.
I'm sure this question must have come up before but my searches, here and on the web seem to assume the need for reporting solutions to more serious and involved problems.
