It seems that if you bought Neo-Soul Keys Studio 2 when it was ONLY available for iPad, the new added "Universal" update does not work for the download to your iPhone. You MUST buy it again!

I have tried the developer who was no real help, apart from blaming Apple, and then Apple blaming the developer! In Oz it is a $40 app so I'd prefer NOT to have to buy it again (more on a point of principle than anything else).

So if other users here in anywhere other than Australia, had the app previously on the iPad (and ONLY if you purchased before the latest update that added universal) can advise if they have successfully re-installed to iPhone I'd be interested to hear.

btw I should mention it is Apple I am pissed at! There's not a lot more the guys at Neo can do tbh!

Hmmm... I contacted their support group a few days ago and they said that if I repurchased it on the iPhone (so long as I use the same Apple ID), it would recognize I already owned it on the iPad, and not re-charge again. The tricky part, is you must commit to buying it on the iPhone before you get the message that you already own it. Worked ok for me -- was able to get it on iPhone at no additional cost (as well as, iPad - which I already owned). I'm in the US, so not sure if it's different in Australia?

Hrmm, when I went to download it on my iPhone (having already purchased it on my iPad a while so), it actually showed me the cloud download button. I didn’t even have to go through the process of trying to buy it again

I expected the same but was surprised that I had to "re-purchase" it to get the free download. Wonder why the difference?
