Can you pass down passion?

I am fascinated by the variables at play in kids becoming successful at things their parents were successful at....the commonalities in what seems to happen when it works and when it doesn't

well if they see you happy and passionate, then you encourage their passion whatever it may be.
you wont always get the same interests from generation to generation, but its the having something that makes you/them happy that counts.
