Maybe their product was superb? Or their customer service was outstanding? Or something else that gave you a good experience?

What company/dew? And why?

Post

For me: Reason Studios (not really VST but I don’t have so many experiences yet with music softwares so I will go with this).

Their product is nice (sure there are similar ones and someone thinks other products are better). But their customer support has been excellent and quite quick.

Edit: actually you can use it like VST now, so in away it’s good example for VST subforum :D

Do you mean "dev" as in developers or "daw" as in DAW?
My Soundcloud Too many pieces of music finish far too long after the end. - Stravinsky

Look at the newbie. Over here trying to create a positive thread.
You just don't get it, do you? :dog:

Just joking :hihi:

Seriously though. There's only one company I avoid like the plague, and I mentioned him in the other thread. Most are good, I have an ilok, so that doesn't bother me. I like all the big ones like Waves, IK, and NI. But to be honest. I very rarely need to use customer support, so I guess that's when a bad experience is most likely to happen.

Developer. Since some might be one man products if I’m correct? So not really a company.

Sinevibes - that guy will bend over backwards like Cirque du Soleil. Very passionate and ready to cut you a break to extend your collection (at least four years ago!). u-he, of course - always quick responders.

Do you mean dew as in water in the form of droplets that appears on thin, exposed objects in the morning or evening due to condensation?
Good experience with company/dew? :)
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

I've had mostly good experience with every software & hardware manufacturer and most 3rd party sellers I've bought from (thomann, gear4music, GAK, JRR, PB, PA, etc).

Do they still make Mountain Dew?
