ZIP File contents not saving/working in OBS

Hello,
I am both new to Orilriver as well as new to using OBS. I have watched many tutorials and have OBS currently set up properly as far as I know. I have followed the following instructions to try to begin using Orilriver in OBS.
According to your manual it says: "To install OrilRiver VST2 plugin on Mac OS X operating system just copy OrilRiver.vst directory from zip-format setup archive to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST
directory on system drive.

I have done this...(I am on a 64 Bit MacBook Pro running the latest version of Catalina) when I open OBS and go to the filter option, Orilriver's plugin is not showing.

Can someone please offer me simple instructions on how I can get this to work properly. Thank you.
