Great experiences with UVI, MOTU, Ableton, U-He, PluginAllience, Soundquest. Great email, phone support in the case of MOTU and Soundquest. Some have extended sales if something got in the way of me getting in before the deadline.

What is this? A positivity thread on KVR?
The only company I can say with any certainty is Waves. Both their products and support are exemplary and a standard for any other developer to follow (maybe except Waves Central). Most of my interactions with them have been related to selling and buying plugins, but I have had some occasions where I wanted to consult with technical support, and each time they have been super quick to solve any issues.
