Ableton projects not loading

Anyone have the same problem and found solution?
Projects stuck in perpetual load loop, status 'loading' and the project never loads. Wait up to 10 minutes, still doesn't load. So I'm locked out of my projects. The same project was loading up a few days ago and now all of a sudden not. It somehow loaded up yesterday so I rendered all tracks to audio, saved and now today it still doesn't load. Thought it could be a corrupted audio file imported but I recorded new audio and deleted the old ones before I saved.
It also did the same thing with an old project yesterday. I haven't changed any settings and never had this issue before.

If you know which VST plugins your project uses, you can remove them from your VST folder and see if Ableton will load the project (with missing plugin warnings). If so, reintroduce them one-by-one to determine if a plugin is causing the problem.
A well-behaved signature.

The easiest way to identify the problem, is to create a new empty set.
Locate your saved set from Ableton’s side browser
Drill down until you can see your individual tracks.
Now drag each track, one-by-one into the new set, AND save the new set each time after each time successfully bringing in a track.
If it’s a plugin, or a corrupt file, Live should crash on the import of that track containing either the corrupt file or faulty plugin.
If it was just a glitch, you should be able to work freely from here in the newly recreated set, OR you should be able to identify the either corrupt file or cashing plugin. Usually its a plugin that might need a new update.

Not sure what you mean here. The side browser only allows you access to your samples and added folders.elxsound wrote: Fri May 08, 2020 4:08 am The easiest way to identify the problem, is to create a new empty set.

Correct... Use the "Add Folder..." option in the browser, to add the folder containing your projects. For me, I've added the external drive that contains my project, and then it's just a matter of navigating to the correct folder that contains the Live set.Kinh wrote: Fri May 08, 2020 4:56 amNot sure what you mean here. This is where you'll usually see a folder for your set that contains additional folders for samples, and then your set that can be drilled down further to reveal individual tracks.
Drag each track, one-by-one onto the new Live set.
Just remember to hit save EACH time you successfully dragged a track into the new Live set.

Thanks, that helped a lot. Found out the cause, it was new network settings. Using mobile data, instead of the previous ethernet hub must have confused my computer in some way and no native instruments plugins would launch whilst connected. Couldn't update native access either.elxsound wrote: Fri May 08, 2020 5:43 amCorrect... Use the "Add Folder..." option in the browser, to add the folder containing your projects.
