Weird errors in Reason 10

Suddenly out of the blue I'm getting weird error messages when I open Reason 10...(running Win 10 on my desktop)...never had this problem before. It tells me that a file is locked (I think it means the template file because it won't open to a template, it defaults to the empty rack). Sometimes it says the Reason engine isn't working and I need to reinstall. I've reinstalled a few times but I keep getting the same problems. Done all the tests, driver updates etc. I can think of and checked my PC for errors...anybody else seen similar errors ? Some weird sh*t going on here

I do apologise if this is in the wrong place, Reason doesn't have a forum anymnore to my knowledge...I think this is to do with my PC rather than Reason though...not seen this before in all my years though

Never heard of such a problem. I'm assuming it's a legit version, right?

Yes, all legit (been using Reason for many versions now over the years and never seen anything like this - will check that forum out, thanks
