You really expect me to do the job for you? Use Google and find out yourself. From the way it looks they have sales few times a year, I'd even say most of the year I think they sort of treat S1 as a gateway for people to get Presonus hardware, which is where they make money.

I couldn't find one for the timeframe they gave in 2018, but the way people were talking in this thread seemed like there was one.

The -30% offer is valid in Presonus shop throughout the May, so I'm sure it's the same for JRR Shop. This also suggest that we can see v5 in June the earliest.

Perhaps wait with purchasing to the end of May? Hopefully we'll know more in coming 1-2 weeks?

I have seen a grace period on SO 4 from 3 ...just dono if the grace update will apply from the moment you buy or register/enter serial...surely someone experienced what happens when registering serials..

I kinda feel they need to up the game after Logic 10.5 dropped . I'm happy with S1V4 and I have Live10 but it'd be nice to do it all with one host !

It's hard to up against a free update like this. V5 probably is a sealed deal as far as features go. But
I 'm sure it they will add useful stuff as always.

They are having a sale to the end of the month for notion/studio one. Doesn't make sense to drop this month when they are having a sale.

How do they need to step-up? Logic doesn't have the workflow that Studio One one does. Maybe features and jumping through lots of steps is more important to you? Whatever works. You have a chord track for midi/audio, built in mastering suite, macros, hardware/software integration (you like mixing with a mouse), better step sequencer (turning parts to patterns), and more. To me it's just seeing another company coming out with a new update and users needing a motivation boost for whatever DAW that they are using.
