Ableton Live, Speed of license transfer/is it automated? (During Covid19 automation vs manual may make a big difference)

I plan on selling my Live 10 Suite license, and unlike the Komplete 12 Ultimate license transfer I'm not issued a transfer ID, i need to input the buyer's email, so i was wondering if this is a manually processed transfer or automated by their system.
So a potential buyer doesn't have to wait i would hope that's automated?

Their link sounds like it may be automated, no mention of a team processing and approving it like on NI's equivalent link, but it also doesn't specifically say it's automated.

I figured with a Sell & Buy forum on KVR, people here will have experience with the process.

Why do i wonder about it? I'll be selling it here (hopefully) and i have been around since 2014 but didn't really post, so i don't already have the best chances, so if i even find a buyer i want this to be smooth, so there is nothing but positive feedback afterwards.

I think It is manual. It takes a week or so. I read somewhere that they are checking if it's legit user to user transfer, not 2nd hand license traders.

Yes, it is automated and almost INSTANT but sometimes - when there's probably something "weird" about the transfer - it might take few days.

Thanks antic604, I'll go ahead with selling it after K12U sold then.

Should go smooth then, as they've been paid for long ago, which seems the only issue they mention, if they fear a payment may bounce because of recent purchase.
