In the past, there is also a very nice free sounding kit, SamSonor from Sam Greene.
I personally like the kit for medium/ballad tunes.
But now the link to the samples seems gone already.
I have the sfz here, just in case anybody who had the samples will like to use them again :

Some weeks ago I also got the old version of voxengo oldskoolverb from wayback machine.
So then, I think we can put the mapping and the link of SamSonor to git?

Yes, I will upload the SamSonor one and a few others from the thread that I haven't uploaded yet.
Wayback Machine can really be a great helper with those older files (it's also a good idea to use Wayback Machine to make captures of online content that you want to preserve in the long run).

Just noticed that in that page there is a "CC Share and share alike." note, so itKazi7 wrote: Sat May 09, 2020 9:28 am Nice find. They are still available via Wayback Machine:

sounds like we can public the samples with a CC BY-SA 4.0. Is there a way to contact the author?
I also noticed there was also a Room Boom Drums, but I don't remember about that kit.

Cool. I vaaaguely remember looking at DrumGizmo and thinking it looks like it would take some effort to integrate into a typical production workflow. I guess the authors of those samples are OK with the SFZ conversion and redistribution, right?

Yeah, there is ''CC Share and share alike' in the wayback page but no info found in the zip archive. And the author seems disappeared.redtide wrote: Wed May 13, 2020 11:56 pmJust noticed that in that page there is a "CC Share and share alike." note, so itKazi7 wrote: Sat May 09, 2020 9:28 am Nice find. Anybody have any info or link of the SamSonor author, Sam Greene?

It just a multi-track drumkit, right? Just routing them to audio tracks in DAW just like usual recorded acoustic drums. Is that what you mean in production workflow?DSmolken wrote: Thu May 14, 2020 8:03 am Cool.
