Ok guys I'm a happy new owner of a Minilogue XD since yesterday (already lovin it, really) yet I'm strugling with the syncing of the sequencer in Ableton.

I just want Ableton to start the sequence from the beginning when I hit play on the computer but can't find how to do it. If "play" (sorry there's 2 different "play" button involved, i'll try to make it clear about which one i'm talking about) is enabled on the minilogue, the sequence runs and when i hit play on ableton, it keeps on playing from whatever step the sequence was on (ex: sequence runs and i hit play on ableton while on the 6th step, it will run on sync but will continue from step 6 instead of going back to step 1. If play is disabled on the minilogue, no sequence is played. What am I missing?

Minilogue is connected via USB to the computer, firmware is up to date, tempo sync is OK for everything else (arp etc). Anybody has any clue about how to sync sequence transport? Couldn't find anything in the manual nor google.

Hey, I'm getting exactly the same issue! No idea how to fix it... I've tried searching as well to no avail

Is sync and remote enabled for the korg on both output and input in ableton midi preferences?

Yes it is, even with everything on, it doesn't change anything. Does it work for you canadian_moose?

Also, did you check the clock settings on the Korg?

Yep, Clock source: Auto (USB) (as a reminder: the tempo is OK, it follows Live's bpm, but the transport is not, clicking play on live doesn't retrigger the sequence, it plays from whichever step was active when stopped).

If you press Shift-Play you can start sequences with keys...

This original question is a few months old, but in case this helps anyone else, the only other thing not mentioned here which fixed it for me was going to Global settings (key 4) and setting "En Rx Transport" to On. That syncs Ableton's transport with Minilogue's, so clicking play in Ableton retriggers the sequence.

I getting into this previous discussion : when activating transport receive , I get very weird doubling ...I have checked all my parameters with no help..
