Im using Kontakt and my cpu is Core I 7,
in order to ram & cpu Saving, I tried to change setting in kontakt: : Option/Engine/Multiprocessor support (vst plugin):
I tried to change from 2 cores into 8 cores, then Kontakt warned below message:

problems may occur, not necessarily.
I hosted Kontakt in VE Pro, and more than once I wound up with multi on and no problems. Hosted directly in Cubase, some problems. This recommendation goes back to the earliest multicore CPUs and *may* be less of any issue w. more recent processors.
