thanks guys--now if I can just figure out what a side-chained noise gate is, I'll be famous like Underworld too!

You don't have to worry about side-chained gates these days as it can all be done with a rhythmic MIDI Gate effect now. Put a vocoder groove through a MIDI Gate template and you'll be somewhere near. Layer this with a different Gate pattern and you'll be even closer.

Unfortunately though, there's no Plug-In that comes close to the sound of the VP330 Plus sound.

Is it just me, or is Dubnobasswithmyheadman the last good thing Underworld did? It seems like each release since then is slightly worse than the previous...
