I guess the synapse supports MPE and the Arturia not?

Hmmm... Does that mean it doesn't sound retro enough? After all, it's meant to sound exactly like 40 year old tech. Or does it mean it sounds like it was coded 15 years ago, when CPU power wouldn't allow anyone to do such a good job?Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Tue May 19, 2020 3:28 pmI know a Synapse tester said the Arturia sounds like 15 year old tech

Are these features that were on the original OB-Xa but not in the Arturia model?Vortifex wrote: Wed May 20, 2020 7:59 am I'm getting bored with beta testers popping in to tell us how much better the Synapse version apparently is and hinting at features they can't tell us about.
It's totally useless information for those of us who have no access to the beta. So kindly stfu about it and keep it in the Synapse thread, ta muchly.
I didn't think so.

I think well intentioned comparisons are fine no?
I've been following both threads, still more personally inclined to wait for the other one but am interested to read about this one too.
Why can't we just be good friends?

(The answer is obviously 'no' because there aren't any features from the original hardware that the Arturia model is lacking.)
