Looking for a DAW with these features

Hi
I need to do the following tasks and I'm looking for a DAW that let me do these:
- record a couple of audio tracks
- the recorded material in those tracks has to be split/cut in several 'clips'
- each clip has to be normalized
- on each track a couple of effects has to be inserted
- all those clips, from all those tracks, have to be exported as individual .wav files (with different sample rate and bit depth than the ones used when recorded)
So, for example: I record a couple of seconds of material on three tracks (A, B and C) at 24bit/48k. Then the material on each track has to be manually split in, let's say, 10 clips (segments). Each clip has to be normalized. On each track some effects are inserted. Then all those 30 clips must be exported as individual .wav file (at 16bit/44.1k) with names like: A1.wav, A2.wav .... A10.wav, B1.wav, B2.wav... and so on.
Do you guys know any DAW that can do that?
So far I've tried Studio One, Ableton Live and Adobe Audition but I had no luck with those.

I can more or less accomplish those tasks in SO, Audition or Live, but it's a very cumbersome and tedious process. Keep in mind that my example (with 3 tracks and 10 clips) was just a simple example. In reality I need to apply that process on tens of tracks and hundreds of clips, so I need a DAW that can make that process as simple and as fast as possible.thecontrolcentre wrote: Wed May 20, 2020 9:31 pm I use Soundforge Pro for that kind of recording / editing, but I'm sure I could do it in Live too. When you say you had "no luck", what was the issue?

Some voice in my head screamed Samplitude when I was reading OP, so Samplitude probably, this stuff is his thing...

Reaper is great for audio - really first rate. Reaper should be able to automate most of that as a batch process.
(for other musical tasks - eg using VSTi's - Reaper is a long way off the pack)

Yep Reaper. I use it for basic multi-track recording because it sounds great and can do all of those things, especially export tracks to .wav files.

REAPER - pffftt
According to the fanboi's REAPER can cure the common cold, cure cancer, do the dishes for you, wash your clothes, mow your lawn for you, heck they think it can even cure Covid19. All of this is a good thing, because as a DAW it sucks canal water through a straw.

I wonder how exporting each clip as an audio file, not to mention the different sample rates for each clip, is not a true cumbersome process on its own. You really think there's a DAW which is going to read your mind or something?
