Well the Ableton resizing issues are not fixed for me
Resize won't go above 100% and as soon as I open the FX window it snaps back down to 75%
SOOOOOOOOO annoying!

In Cubase, I can temporarily resize it, but indeed it does not hold and always goes back to 100% for every new instance, and if I set it and my preferred size of 125%, when I open the FX window etc it goes back to 100%...

Bob, are you on a laptop or something? I suspect it is judging the optimum size for your display (even if it is in both our cases judging it incorrectly)

I have 2 x 22" monitors.
Your suspicion is valid but I don't ever recall a plugin "Judging" for me before.
I do recall on many occasions that I have accidentally set synths to 250% size and
had to close down my DAW in a panic

mod wheel works. sustain pedal works.
no grahpic bugs...
havent checkt out if resozing snaps back. but resizing at all does work now.

this is most probably because the interface would be bigger than your screen and it will not allow that.
I've seen the same behavior and it can only be this feature to prevent unusable controls which are out of the window then.

this is indeed crazy. you have to look up this manually....

That's my strategy (doesn't need too long (at least with my bandwith)).
