Well they just released resizable GUI updates and general bugfixes for all of their current line up. So it's possible they now have time to address MPE. i think he gives himself the freedom to release it when its done.
no big coporate behind it which pressures things.
i havent heard anything about a fixed date.

Formant filter and modulation trigger source
Just a quick update today.
I realized that a complex formant filter would be a very useful enhancement to Plasmonic, so I put one together last week. It’s currently set up to do vowel sounds, but could provide other resonant models as well. It’s quite cool and organic sounding.
Plasmonic now has a trigger source which can trigger the Impulse module and the ADSRs and LFOs. This opens up a lot of complex modulation potential and makes for some very fun to play patches.
My to-do list is getting pretty short now, can’t wait to get Plasmonic out to the world!

Famous last words, but besides upgrading existing soft synths, I'm not really that interested in buying more, except this.
Absynth was the first soft synth I thought was different enough from hardware to be actually better than what hardware could offer.

One of the very few coming synths which i am interested in.
Especially about all the delay/feedback and sympathetic resonance thingie he wanted to add.
Really unique FX is what most synths lacks today and also interesting musical FX you get nowhere else (like modFX in Alchemy which i still searching for in any other synth or FX, maybe some of the included Plasmonic goodies can achieve something like that).
It got silent here. No more teasers?
