There is currently a discrepancy on the site, at least for the educational discount. Listed as $199, but after pressing “buy” it goes up to $223. Emailed Bitwig about it.

Looks like you can get the Bitwig upgrade for $110 usd right now JRR shop. The promo groupbuyauto get added automatically for me when I add it to the cart. So you don't see the discount from 129 until then.
