I have already too many treats of synths, and I am sure to be able to create any sound the OB is capable to do also with lets say Diva... Maybe a bit less blue... And if I would be wrong on that assumption I doubt I would miss anything...

Really? I've never had to deal with their support, but they've made some pretty useful products IMO. Their tape emulations are possibly the best out there.

Really? I've never had to deal with their support, but they've made some pretty useful products IMO. Their tape emulations are possibly the best out there.

I've had great support from IK as well. Can't say I'm going to bother with their free OB though.

Yeah My issue has not been with their support.
I haven't tried their tape (which other ones have you tried? My favourites are UAD and Softube for tape), but I have tried almost all their other products (and own license for many up to a few years ago) and may have used their stuff 10-15 years ago, but nothing gets used still today, but yeah i have never had an issue with their Support.
I downloaded and tried their OB yesterday.
It lasted 30 minutes before I deleted it.

IK is certainly a mixed bag for me. After the Sampletank 4 fiasco I swore I would never buy another product. Famous last words. I have since bought Sunset Sound Studio Reverb and the Tape Collection. I don't know if it's a different team of engineers, but their effects plugins feel solid and well thought out, unlike SampleTank 4. Support for my ST4 issues was not good btw.

I only take their software freebies, but they have quite useful hardware. I have their iLouds as the most portable good sounding monitors...
