cubase sends

when I make an fx send the effect like reverb is supposed to open up at 100%.The mix button...wet/dry... Then you adjust the level on the track you are sending to it.
But when I open up a reverb it isn't at 100%. Of course I can set it to 100%.
But Cubase says it should open that way...what might be off for this to happen??

Set it to 100% and save it as new default preset. Has nothing to do with Cubase.

reverbs Are not always used as sends, ergo the default preset that opens when you open a reverb might not be full wet. The plugin does not automatically detect what kind of track that you are placing it on, so it just opens at its default setting. You can change what preset is set as the default, but then it will also open at 100 percent wet when using it as an insert.
