It needs a bit of oil but other than that it works perfectly.

Congratulations!
Just make sure to use actual Hammond oil. Many other types of oil will eventually permanently clog the wicks in the generator's lubrication system, eventually leading to serious damage. Then, remember to oil the organ every year. Also, make sure you play it! Organs love to get some use, and not sit around idle for extended periods of time.
A lot of people worship the B3, but a lot of popular music has been recorded on the other Hammond models as well. Getting a free L-100 is definitely something to be celebrate.
