I am not new to KVR, but I am to MyKvr. I like the idea of being advised when my plugins are updated.

It seens to be a bit cryptic. Of course maybe I'm just a bit thick :? I would have to add all of my plugins, to make this worthwhile. Could someone show me any easy way of doing this?
