An email about SS2 upgrade

As I know that Squids is at the KVR forum a lot, I thought I would post this here.

A few days ago I asked whether it would be possible to pay for the Sonic Synth 2 upgrade a certain way and I had a response wihtin 5 minutes stating that it would be possible. Since, then I have emailed esoundz a couple of times but have not got a response.

This is not a complaint, but I am concerned maybe that the emails are not getting through or something, as Esoundz are always prompt when responding to emails.

Maybe they left town because of the elections

You can order it. But, what happens is that the verification is done internally. We have someone look up your order history and determine if you have SS1 or ST2 XL to qualify for the upgrade/crossgrade. If you didn't get either of those from esoundz then someone from esoundz contacts you to ask for a proof of purchase of either of the qualifying products. This can be a fax or email of the receipt or other things to verify that you have it. The reason we are the only ones offering this upgrade is because it isn't the same simple way of auto-verification because of the registration of the qualifier because of the way Sonic Synth 1 was registered (unfortunatley on the ST LE from SS1 was registered). So, we just do it the old fashioned way. "Proof of purchase". Luckily esoundz customers who bought the qualifying product don't have to do a thing. So, it's easy. We just send it to you as ordered. Expected delivery is mid to late November. You'll be the first to get it.
