arturia v collection 7 (+ OB-Xa) and, yes, automap, problem!

since i use v collection 6, no problems with automap. i made mappings for most synths, so i can use them almost as hardware synths, tactile control.

i already saw the behavior in OB-Xa, and now with the new 7.2 update (i have update/upgraded to v collection 7 + OB-Xa, but that is already clear i think), when i change a preset, the values of the parameters on my novations (sl 49 mkii, zero sl mkii) aren't updated. no bidirectional communication.

it is a behavior i see more, but only with a couple of plugins, or a manufacturer (IKM).

but now it happens also with arturia soft-synths.

i make my own presets.

but it is killing the workflow and the power (...) of automap, when i change a preset, and the parameter values are incorrect. also bad for automation...

i made a ticket.

and yes, i know, who uses automap. i do, extensively.
so, it is some funcion call not made, the host receives the update values by the way (some plugins even don't do that, on preset changes..).

i hope i am clear. it will not be a priority. but i have used my novations so intense, with the arturia synths. yes it still works, when the plugin is first loaded... but then i want to make a preset.
o yes, jumpy controllers.. well what is the problem? you set them they way you want, and everything is in sync. but then i make a preset, save it, build a new one out of it, want to listen to the previous one, you get my drift.... (get my drift..?)

so, when i change a preset, the values aren't updated. it kills, i repeat, my workflow. i hope i can get used to it. or i have to make a decision. (i have a panaroma p1, works, selling the novations, i have third novation keyboard that plays great, buy a second (second hand) panaroma p1).

any solutions, anyone who uses automap and arturia?

a lot effects still work (even the arturia ones...) with automap, and some instruments (or most, but not all are suitable for mapping, global mapping, the more modular synths/effects).

it seems a small thing, perhaps i make it bigger than it is. but i had such a nice setup, all worked well... going to previous versions? why not...

o well, automap does not exist anymore, it isn't developed anymore, but it could work for years and years, until something brakes it..

this kind of brakes it. or i must stay calm and think what the ....
