Yeah I'm disappointed. The show page isn't what I was hoping for - I like to use clips for jamming/composing and Logic/Ableton nail it - Studio One's show page is great for live performers but not great for production/composition/experimentation. Bummer.

I'm a big Studio One fan, but Logic Pro leapfrogged it last update.

All I really wanted was for recalling mixer scenes to work as intended. If the new extended mixer scenes work flawlessly then it's definitely worth the upgrade price for me. Every other new feature is just icing on the cake.

If you didn't get the email already, the update to v5 is free if you purchased 4.6 on or after 1st Apr. Optionally, you can have 1 year of Sphere for free. I'll take v5 thanks : )

Hype wise Logic killed it big time. So far LPX 10.5 is the most exciting update of this year and for a good reason.

As my S1 4 Pro was bought after April, i've got mail from Presonus with proposal to upgrade to Studio One 5 Pro for free or use Presonus Sphere for 1 year for free. I don't like subscription model and i am going to upgrade my S1.

Exactly. Logic 10.5 set the bar way way way high. I love Studio One but Logic gets so many things right that is hard to get excited by S1 5.

Trying to redeem my upgrade code from JRR shop (great tip above!) - no luck, keep getting "unkown error" - will try again in a few hours

Their servers are under heavy load right now. It works very slow, most of sub-pages does not work, all products I own vanished from my profile page, etc.
