What installation path are you using? Is it the default one that Steinberg suggest or are you choosing somewhere else?

Thing is it's really not clear how Padshop Pro supports MPE - there is a 'Polyphonic key mode' in options but all that does is make notes sustain endlessly on my system and there's no mention of MPE in the manual. In my 2 hosts that support MPE (Bitwig and Tracktion) the VST3 doesn't seem to even accept poly pressure from my Seaboard (although the AU does in Traction and it does accept channel pressure).
