guitar & bass way too long for me to be as lousy as I am..

:hihi:

Post

I play rhythym guitar, bass, octave mandolin(Irish Bouzouki) and mandola. I sort of play Kanjira(Indian percussion) . I barely play keyboard, so maybe that one doesn't count..

none, I gave up on them years ago... kept losing the damn things ;)

I've probably got a few down the back of the sofa, now you mention it...

I've had new strings for absolutely ages - the question is, when will I ever get around to replacing the old ones...

I guess I do it just well enough to say I play guitar and keyboard. I also on occasion blow into a Casio DH100 midi saxophone. :)

I think I see myself as an amateur composer or songwriter more than a "player" anything.

This spring I actually attended a college class in guitar playing and I'm now attending a piano class. All in an effort to get my chops up a bit.

Guitar - Really well for many, many years
Piano - Basic chords and scales
Drums - Very basic playing but with good tempo
Harmonica - Finally learned how to bend notes good :)
Exotic Brazilian Instruments - Like berimbau, cuica, etc...

:)
L8ter Oscill8ters!

Fretted Bass
Fretless Bass (rather badly, lol)
Keyboards
A bit of percussion/drums

Post

Guitar - pretty damn well if I do say so myself
Bass - decently
Vocals - well, I can hold a tune (OK, I do lead for a semi-pro band, but I wouldn't say I have a good voice)
Keys - badly, but well enough to play chords on slow songs live
Tambourine at a pinch :-)

Post

Decent at guitar, horrible at keyboard (thank god for sequencers and the @#$@#$ paino grid).
Better living through software

i play guitar well, drums passably, and keys acceptably (as long as that two-handed thing isn't an issue!). i used to play trumpet and trombone reasonably well, but now i'm severely out of practice. my wife tries to teach me flute, but i find woodwinds incomprehensible. and don't ask me about my singing, unless you want to feel better about your own in comparison.

- Piano (formal/classical training started at age 7)
- Keyboards
- Guitar
- Fretted and fretless bass
- Chapman Stick (as of August :D)
- Vocals (lead & backing, depending on the situation)
- Drums (poorly  ...I know what I need to do, but the arms and legs together only manage a very white surf-beat if at all. Which is why I prefer to program them instead :D).
