Please send me your Quadrafuzz. Essentially who has the oldest version of Cubase installed?

I'm looking for one of the very first versions of Quadrafuzz which I believe should be dated around 2000.

Thanks. This is version 1.1.1 but I need version 1.0 (I think). I'm going to try as many as I can get but I do know 1.1.1 doesn't work in Cubase 10 via jbridge but an earlier one does.

For that older blue one, you will need first Cubase SX, so go right at it.

Thanks guys.
It's definitely the blue one I'm after. It seems I need to install SX first then and then extract the .dll from there.

I did download these files which I now assume are the SX files, despite not saying Quadrafuzz.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Those seems to be internal bridging files, I recall there's hack, so you would go about replacing your current ones with ones from Cubase 8 and you will gain internal bridging again.Mushy Mushy wrote: Fri Jul 17, 2020 11:08 am I did download these files which I now assume are the SX files, despite not saying Quadrafuzz.

Quadrafuzz.dll is in internal vst folder, not sure can you access it from installation media without installing, but for sure after installation it should be there, ProgramFiles/Steinberg/Cubase and etc.

Thanks. I have since found this also and there seems to be two methods to get it to work:Passing Bye wrote: Fri Jul 17, 2020 11:17 amThose seems to be internal bridging files, I recall there's hack, so you would go about replacing your current ones with ones from Cubase 8 and you will gain internal bridging again.Mushy Mushy wrote: Fri Jul 17, 2020 11:08 am I did download these files which I now assume are the SX files, despite not saying Quadrafuzz.

1) using the files I posted which then breaks some C10 functionality;
2) using version 1.X.X via jbridge.
During my investigations I have mixed up the two processes however I would like to focus on option 2. The video I saw (I can post if required) specically mentions using a very old version and it works. I remember myself trying with 1.1.1 and it didn't so there is a version somewhere that does.

This one?
I'd love someone to make a cross-DAW clone of the old Quadrafuzz and VB-1. Love that 2000 fullon vibe

Nope, the one from E-Clip
I'm on a call right now so can't listen to it but a quick scan shows it starts around the 2 minute mark.

I see
I actually use Saturn for more or less the same effect.
I'd hate to use anything Jbridged for such an improtant thing as the bass, it kinda works but you never know when it decides not to work.

Yep, true. I have been using Saturn as a replacement however I wanted this years ago and gave up. Now that I see it's possible I want to finally have it.recursive one wrote: Fri Jul 17, 2020 11:43 am I see
