How Do I Bring Up MIDI Expression Control In Cubase?

This is so frustrating.

Please watch at the 55 second mark.



He brings up the MIDI Expression Control but doesn't show how to do it. I have been all through Cubase and can't figure it out.

Please help.

** EDIT ** Okay, I got the interface to come up. You have to bring up the VST plugin in Insert FX. However, when I try to use it to control volume of my synth, while it shows the pedal transmitting information to the plugin when I raise and lower it, there is no effect on volume.

Please help.

** EDIT ** Doesn't matter. This thing doesn't do what I need, which is transmit AT. Hopefully, I can get my money back?
