Can RC vst control Reapers Transport (Play/Stop)

As i have seen so many RC users using Reaper, is there a way that i could control Reapers transport controls (Play/stop) through RC, while RC being used a as VST and Loc seq. enabled?

probably with a third party utility like Bome.. But, TBH, never tried to do that.. check it out below..

Thank u Blugenes, I think i have Bome midi translator, but i think it might only be usefull in standalone mode, anyway i will try it and get back...
