Why wouldnt NI Release absynth V6 when it would be ready. Makes no synth.

Brian is the only programmer for absynth as far as I know.

Ni did only some side programmer with it. It's Brian's baby. And when he is really out of it then I would guess that this is it.

It's perfectly fine for me. I don't miss something and have after years and years only the feeling of scratching the surface from it.

Is there any kind of ETA on this yet? Even just a hint? Or could this be like 5 years from now? Seems like it's been a long time since word got out and still nothing. Hope this isn't another Flexion.

I'm not privy to the details. And even if I were I couldn't really share that info. I just know that Brian is no longer with NI.

Of course it is far from impossible for other developers to just pick up the codebase and continue, despite it being Brian's baby or whatever. It's just code, in the end.

Ha! So there is an Absynth 6 in the pipeline.

Like I said before "If Absynth 6 or a lookalike is not in Komplete 13 then it is dead and will stay dead forever thereafter."
So even if the odds are a billion to one I still consider it a real possibility.

I'm moving to another multi-verse.

In the multiverse folklore it is said that one Multi-verse did not even get Absynth 5.
