I've already contacted support, but has anyone else had an issue licensing expansions? I've done everything (3 times now), the downloaded license file says it contains the license for both Rapid and the new expansion, when I hit the Import button on Rapid it says the license file was successfully imported but when I re-open Rapid the expansion is still showing as unlicensed. I've closed & re-opened my DAW & even restarted the PC - has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

I bought a couple of expansions yesterday and licensing them in 1.8 was fine (if a bit fiddly)

Some non-EDM ones here: https://parawave-audio.com/products/extensions No idea about the quality, of course.zvenx wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2020 12:52 pm Anyone knows any Third Party, non EDM Preset Banks that you would recommend for purchase?
Thanks

I did listen to those (Deep House was the one that grabbed me, but I do consider house EDM)

I know, you know that I am definitely looking forward to this
I do really like the sound of the Rapid Audio Engine, just that Mirko tends to be do a lot of EDM style, lots of effects patches which may not be my style in general.
thanks

i am currently working on new patches, using the new granular and re-synthesis engine. very cool and quite unusual pads, textures and rhythmic structures.

This is because there is only one license for Rapid and all expansions, and it is already installed. You need to activate your extensions by opening the Extension Manager. This is the button labeled "Content" to the right of the "Panic" button under the preset name bar. You should see unactivated extensions. Just click "Activate License" and follow the instructions.MikeCallon wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2020 10:13 am I've already contacted support, but has anyone else had an issue licensing expansions? Yes, it is not exactly intuitive.

Already done several times. It gives me the message that all licenses were activated and yet still shows the new expansion with a red cross in the activated column. That just happens, when you import your old license file. You really have to clear it in the Extension Manager. Then generate a new one. Download the fresh generated license-file and import exactly that file. Don't import an old file or one from another pc.MikeCallon wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2020 3:53 pmAlready done several times.
