Hi there, does anyone have a problem with their Disting EX not holding the micro SD card that was provided with it.
I attempted to install a firmware update using another SD card. The card got stuck, and I pulled it out with tweezers. Problem is, the ES supplied card now doesn't stay loaded.
I fixed the issue with tape, but it's hardly the solution I wanted. Have anyone had any experience fixing card holders, or can Expert Sleepers help? I noted their support sends me here.

The spring mechanism in the card holder is visible from the underside. You might try prodding it with the end of a pin, in case it's gotten stuck.
