Hey all retros ... I have updated my track a bit ... added in 3 extra HY-Poly tracks, a bit more magic from Limiter No.6 and a touch more ReaEQ! Details updated in the first announcement, but here's the updated version for your delectation.

Basically a continuation of my test track earlier in the thread. I struggled with this one a bit, glad I stuck it out and finished the track though. I ended up being happy with some of the sounds I created (couldn't really nail the kick drum though).

Hi,

first time OSC submission here, also pretty new to generating sounds with synths, had great fun overall. I've seen some epic compositions here -this is absolutely not one of those

The synth itself has great sound and a layout that is well though out.

Hey, welcome, I'm glad you could participate in the OSC! Great job on the track, some Hudeenee magic there...Good sounds, I like how the bass and kick complement each other so well.

Like Peter and The Doc, I've made some changes: Simplified, boosted, side-chained, cut, evened the kick and snare, shaped up the low end thanks to some geniuses at VI Control, balanced the instrument sections - and finally freshened the overall feel, inspired by Peter's kickass mix.

Don't want to be judged by my initial upload!

How about something like this for starters? Try it around C6-C7 - use OSC2 to adjust the overtones and increase "Key" on the BP filter to reduce the body.
